When it came time for new ownership, Chris and Courtney, a hardworking Amish couple with retail experience, stepped in to carry on the tradition. Their passion for quality products and community-driven business made them the perfect fit.

The purchase included $350K for real estate and $195K for the business. Because real estate made up over 50% of the total project cost, we were able to structure the entire SBA loan over 25 years, making it a smart and sustainable financing solution.
